FIRST: The cleaning service is already on site! Follow our GHBP checklist to upgrade the key elements for a Green building. Once the building has amassed 480 points, your service provides validation to GCI. GCI reviews and approves the status and awards GHBP certification. Make a public event of the award with community leaders and news services. Use the door logo and/or choice of lobby plaque for public viewing.
